I have been trying occult magick practice for long like a year I don’t get perfect results I don’t like connect to spirit deeply like I can hear them or see them i sometimes doubt my own results whenever I think about letting go and step out of all this things I can’t like I’m connected to magick and it’s my passion so I came back i don’t have a disciple routine still i try to meditate and looking at sigil try to invoke the spirit I don’t give up fully i come back like something is pulling me back to my roots so i doubt if the universe notice it or god did but with my little faith and believe I’m still standing
I don’t think you have to beat yourself up for not making it into a structured habit.
You get results using magick, that makes you a mage, why not just keep it in your toolbox for when you need it. You don’t need to make a habit f using a screwdriver - it’s enough to have one available for when you need that tool Likewise, you can use magick as a tool without feeling like you gave it up - you have the skills now and always will.
If you want more out of magick and you’re not meeting a goal, then that’s another matter. In that case, ascension needs work. Maybe it’s not time for you to work on that just yet?

Yes, but if you keep to the same techniques every time you do them it gets easier and the results come faster. You don’t have to invent reasons to practice just use magick when you see something magick can help.
