You should get some info to get you started off via pm shortly. In the meantime, you should start by reading up on meditation and familiarising yourself with the idea of a chakra system. ( There’s a search function in the tip right, somehow people seem to occasionally miss it )

We all started like that, you’ll learn to control your mind, given time. Besides, mediation is actually quite an active experience: the body may be still, but that’s because you’re focusing on manipulating energy, focusing on your energetic body, bringing forth a vision etc. It’s not really anything like the kind of meditation the average person performs
Oops, I meant assistant. Yeah, that sounds less concerning ( deceptively so, but we shouldn’t focus on that)

Use the search function, there’s plenty of threads discussing various techniques. You could also look at the joy of Satan meditations page, though I’m not sure if that site’s still up. They used to have some very good beginner meditation techniques and diagrams

Try not to panic too much, you’ll do yourself a mischief. Satan is just a spirit, and it’s just a site name; the forum part is a forum for a Satanist branch of national Socialism. The meditation section is rather good though and not linked to Satan at all

Oh sure. Not everyone here is a satanist.
However a great majority of us do work with demonic beings and black magick.
I understand if you’re taken back by that. I was too, but I’ve come to be very comfortable here.
I’d love for you to stick around and find the whole truth of what “black magick” really is and push past the stigma.
