Hello, I am in my 30’s. I am from the Eastern Europe region. I been practicing meditation most of my life. I feel spirits near me as I meditate. I light candles and incense. I pray to the Catholic idols (St. Jude/Jesus/Mary) but I focus on the Hindu religion. I usually focus on Lord Krishna, Ganesha, Kali/Chinnimasta/Chamunda, Keteri, Narasimha, Bharaiva.
