Hey guys so everytime i evoke spirits i have trouble hearing them . I can see them sometimes if I unfocuss my eyes for a while but I need to be able to communicate so does anyone have some tips? Greets

I tend to use ear plugs to dampen my physical senses so my ‘energetic’ hearing isnt muffled by sounds around me
