The most powerful ritual would be one that the most powerful magician cast. It is not about the system or the spells, it’s about the magician.

Powerful Rituals are like tools, a scalpel is very powerful for opening someone for surgury- but a sledge hammer suck for it. The Operator with the tool is the second most important. You may study one art until you are the greatest; then to be faced with something small which can topple all you have done, because you have not become a well Crosstrained “Jack of All Trades, master of none”.
