How often do we need to work with demons to get the most efficiency? Some say once a week some say twice a day, i got confused.
It not about timing, unless you are performing a ritual that needs repetition.
I would say, perform your working when you have something of substance to work on. There’s no reason to waste your time going through hoops for the sake of it.
It is worth meditating to build your spiritual form every day though. But this has nothing to do with entities directly.

No. It becomes more efficient the more you work with them. But it becomes pointless obviously if you are overdoing it.
Listen to your body and universe. Are you achieving the results you want? How do you feel after working with a demon/demoness? etc.
Demons enjoy life and the flesh, invite them to parties, cinemas, casinos, suggest to try drinks, try foods, ask them to watch you when having Sex, materialise them through blood, sexual fluids and so on.

Ask them to watch you having sex?? No thanks!
Everything else is cool, except the blood and fluids. I hear that puts a link that can be hard to break between you and said demon/spirit.
