Is there any method to make all kinds of beings work for you ?

There is no method to make all creatures work for you.
You could make contracts and bonds with leaders and members of different races and they can choose to help you.
I don’t think you can really force/make EVERY single being work for you though, unless they want to.

I can’t because you can’t make any entity work for you, this person is better off getting out of that mindset and making servitors otherwise he will have to ask the entity to work with them not for them.

Developing friendships is beneficial but you can’t force any being besides servitors to work for you. As @anon48079295 said.

And some beings may actually take offense to you forcing them to do your bidding and can potentially attack. I believe this is true of Dragons.
