Hello. What technique is best for attacking an entity in the physical realm by using astral projection type skills? What is best for effecting a person on a physical level and what is best to use for effecting a person on a non physical level (mental, physiological, etc)?
I know that you can enter a person and put thoughts in a person’s head, but is this best achieved through Soul Travel, Astral Projection, Lucid Dreaming etc etc
What technique is best for a newbie to learn and why? What should be skipped until a higher level of skill and experience is attained?
