Okay so, how does someone activate the merkaba? Is it like any other meditation, or just through energy work, or something specific TO THE merkaba?
Tried searching but didn’t find anything specific on technique. Thanks.

Anything for a beginner, something small so I can work my way up?
You’d be fine as a beginner, he talks you through it all and 20 min talk about it before it starts too
Otherwise drunvalo Melchizedek I think is who you want to search for and maybe just listen or read for a bit
