Marduk?

I was wondering if someone could explain who Marduk is, I’ve heard the name quite a few times and am genuinely curious. Sorry if this has been asked before but I couldn’t quite find what I was looking for with the search.

Google him

I did do that, I was actually hoping to hear from someone who’s worked with him.

Mmm… I swore there was a thread talking all about him And I bookmarked it. I’ll find it if I can.

He a Mesopotamian God of water, vegetarian, and magic. He’s one of the children of Enki/Ea. In mythology he was the slayer of Tiamat, which is also why it is also -believed/experienced- that Tiamat fragmented a few times due to him.

I feel a connection or similarity between Marduk and Prometheus. Marduk was the warrior raised by our gods to fight their gods, the great old ones. He is a protector and a server of humanity.

Yes, in the mythology the Gods called on him for help defeating the older Gods (Tiamat)
