This sort of relates to one of my older posts but me and that friend have sort of reconciled. She feels no remorse whatsoever for hurting me. I want her to feel sad and guilty. I want her to apologize. Is there any spirit I can summon that could help me to make her feel that way?

Paimon I think. Any water demon like Crocell or Leviathan is also an emotion demon.

But some people just dont feel at all, emotions can be controlled.

Dantalion, he can manipulate thoughts and influence emotions, i don’t know if he will make her feel sad and guilty per se, but he can definitely make her feel more empathy towards you.
Now if you want her to go through a bit rougher time call on a spirit like Raum, he puts the screws to people a hell of a lot harder then Dantalion does.

You could also manipulate her emotions yourself if you want to.
