It’s time for another Fire™ guide.
This time, it’s about how to manipulate any one person and/or group of individuals, with layering your magick in the best way possible.
How to use
You can do this in one grand ritual with 5 sigils, or you could evoke them one by one.
If you are able to stay in the magickal state of mind, and in fact you find it is easier for you to stay in it for longer periods of time than go out and in, then go in with the grand ritual.
Use either the sigil gazing method, or complete evocation.
I’d go with complete evocation, that incorporates sigil gazing, if you got the time. If not, and you got only 10-15 minutes, gaze at the sigils, chant their enns a few times, and tell them what needs to be done, while using your emotions and visualization of the finished result.

When to use
You can use this bad boy in numerous different situations, such as having sex with someone, getting someone into a relationship, getting a promotion, cursing someone, helping someone get over their problems…
Manipulation is an exceptionally diverse weapon as you can see.
As always, total no bullshit approach, only what is tried, true, and works.
You get the shit that works, and you do whatever the fuck you want to do with it, so buckle up, we’re going to talk about a number of different spirits.
Orias
Honestly, it’s bizarre as to how such an effective spirit isn’t more popular.
Orias is THE guy to call on for all-around manipulation. He does this through mind control. He can FORCE someone to help you out.
It’s actually crazy how he works. It’s as if someone is pressing your head from the inside, stopping all thought and/or focusing your mind on just one thought, until you either overpower him (which is very unlikely unless you know you’re getting manipulated, and/or are a magickian), he lets you go, or you fulfill the request.
You can call on him for a lot of different matters related to manipulation. He should be one of your staples in the layered spell.
Side note - he can help you transform your physical body. 
Belial
Come on, you knew this was coming.
^ His dukante sigil. He seems to prefer it, though Goetia is good too.
Belial - the breaker of chains, independence incarnate. If you notice that your target is struggling against your manipulation attempts, Belial is your man.
Call on him to break whatever the fuck the target has on his mind that is stopping him from doing what you want him to do.
The target ain’t gonna last long when Belial is on the case.

Dantalion
An expert manipulator of emotions.
If you decide that your target needs to have their emotions tinkered with, call on him. Not only is he gonna work well with Orias and Belial in modifying the thoughts, he’s going to be able to get deep into the person’s underlying emotions and change them to get you what you desire.
He can change someone’s hate into love, and someone’s love into hate.
If you want to manipulate someone for a love matter, all the more reason to call on him, though I’d recommend you also look up my Layered Love Spell for that, and decide which approach would be best - A powerful layered love spell.
Also, he can make you aware of the state of the target, of their thoughts and emotions. Extremely useful.
Valefar
Valefar - another spirit that isn’t called as often, but is very useful for manipulation.
He is able to help you find out secrets of others or matters that may seem complicated/murky to you, as well as urge unintentional confessions.
Call on him on the target to make him/her confess everything, as well as have another measure of how powerful your spell is - by listening to everything the target confesses.
You know that moment when you blurted something out and instantly regretted it right after? Yeah… 
You can also call on him to vampirize the target, in order to have the target more likely to succumb to your manipulation spell.
AND - he can overall increase the power of the whole spell, ie make the effects much more powerful and long lasting.
Basically magick on steroids.
Call on him.
Seere
Quick decision making can be a double edged sword - you may become prone to manipulation.
This is where Seere is most useful - she tips the scales massively into your favor at that crucial moment of decision, and speeds up the whole situation.
Call on her for this, and watch as everything comes to resolution more swiftly.
Combine the powers of these 5 spirits, and watch as everything comes together.
