I remember a few times I have tried to call Belial and King Paimon, offering them deals and for whatever reason they have not delivered. I felt like they accepted the deal but I hadn’t received anything.
It can take time. They may be looking for the right outlet to get you what you want.

I’m going through the same thing with a love interest.
Interestingly enough Azazel came through to me in one of my meditations and told me to get the fuck out of my own way.
So that’s a thing… LoL.
He pointed out to me that I am my own worst enemy and If I could learn to get out of the way and clear my mind of the work that’s being done all the blocks would lift and I’d get what I want faster than I could ever imagine. It’s a hard thing to do but so worth it.
