It is very hard to sleep when moon is full. I saw nightmares everytime try to sleep is there any solition for sleep i am tired of that.
It’s probably the reduction in melatonin which humans need to feel sleepy, and is strong;y affected by light.
You could try blue light filtering glasses, blackout curtains, making sure you’re in a low, no-blue-light space an hour before bed and no screens in that time.
A melatonin supplement is cheap and works well temporarily.
