I know this is just making an effort to cut to the chase but, is it possible to soul travel through lucid dreaming? In other words wait to fall asleep , and then watch as mind stays awake while body falls asleep, then exiting the body and start soul traveling?

yes you can use lucid dream as a method to astral travel.

Do you know if I can learn any of this in the course?? Like dissect what I hear from koetting about omnipresence and switching from plane to plane based on his teaching??? For example him teaching how to talk to ascended masters and ask them for the keys to higher realms?? Or even what he says about entering the planes and I can go there ???
Is it really after all an easy thing to learn??

soul travel is an out of body experience. aka astral travel, astral projection.
astral travel is travelling the astral plane. Soul travel is leaving the body and going to a non specified plane.
Maybe they want to keep where they are going hidden so they say I am soul travelling rather than the name of the plane.
