If I were to AP from a lucid dream, how would I know I was in the astral plane and not my dream landscape?
I know how to lucid dream, and think I will try and Astral Travel from there…however I don’t know how to tell when I’m no longer in my own dream landscape.
I think @anon48079295 could answer this best. Maybe from a lucid dream you can create a portal which you’d AP through. I would imagine you would feel a total change in energy
Lucid dreaming and the astral feel very similar but you wont meet astral inhabitants in a lucid dream whereas in the astral you’ll meet many of them. In lucid dreaming you have complete control over everything, you are God of your dreamscape but in the astral you’re not alone in being able to change things.
