Right now my cheeks are hot and im feeling like somebodys affecting my body. I think it might be a spirit or spell. What should i do?
Cleanse and banish by vislualising light blasting from you and clearing any influences, take a bath/shower once you get home and visualise all influences washing off, have a voice recorder (speed dial for your own umber maybe) handy and note any dreams immed iately once you wake up.
