Light on the LHP

A professional psychic told me that I’m on the LHP (I guess this means lawlessness) for many lifetimes. Then other psychic told me that my basic energy is pure light, which means according to him that I can have only good intentions, and he also said that I’m so light that it is usually unbearable for people around me, so they say that I’m bad. I didn’t know that this combination is possible. I read in this forum that for example Lucifer said about himself that he has half light half darkness energy, like music which has some piano in it and some rock element in it. I personally listen only classical music or light electronic. But still on the LHP? Is there any entity who is like me?

This is UPG but not really something another person can decide for you - this is your self-identification, and anyone trying to tell you who you are is at best dumb, and at worst a scammer. YOU decide who you are, and nobody else.

I highly recommend you follow the link in this post that explains what the issue with UPG is, from a really good occult author Aaron Leitch:

Not even remotely, and it’s not a path or a system - it’s either a philosophy of how you approach your ascension, or that your intention for the magick is self-serving. That it’s self-serving then opens the door to baneful magick.

Honesty I think the whole RHP vs :HP thing is nonsense. Nobody is pure one or the other, most people eventually realize they help others selflessly as well, and that that black and while thinking is oversimplified and reductionist. But to be honest, the difference has a lot of people very confused and there are disagreements on how thee terms are even defined.

By the way, this forum is full of people why call themselves LHP who are perfectly law abiding, and we do NOT discuss illegal activity on this forum, just so you know.

If you are interested, we have a tons of posts on people discussing this subject Search results for 'lhp vs rhp' - Become A Living God

I’d also highly recommend a read of the philosophical stance in this one, which goes into why RHP is not self-less, but just self-defeating, because it’s fundamentally working from a flawed model of reality:

Also sounds very simplistic. I’ve had people claiming to be psychic say the exacly same thing to me. I’ve ahd two tell me I’m a “bodhisatva” - I do not agree, but I think I know why they do this - to make themselves feel good. That’s it. Again I mainly disagree with the model they are using to make predictions. In my worldview, I think we are all higher beings reincarnating here for reasons we don’t recall. We are all “gods”, or “bodhisatvas” and we are all finding that being human is difficult, and complicated, and that’s partly the reason we do it, to develop experience.

As a rule, I NEVER let people “read” me, or “scan” and I ignore their opinions about who I am.

There’s just SO much going on, even if they’re amazing they can only glean the tiny portions of me that resonate with them, so they end up telling me about what I mirror back to them, and it’s more about them than me. But I never expect anything can take as “real” - it’s more like a suggesting about something they saw, and that’s all really.

Again this is also UPG - Unverified Personal Gnosis. I don’t think this is unrtue, or unusual because al beings are yin and yang in balance, but here I’m making a gross assumption about what the poster meant by “light” and “darkness”, and with that unclear this is not so useful.

In MY worldview, Lucifer is a modern mask for Jesus - who literally explained to his disciples that he was the Light-bringer. Jesus was also both yin and yang, he had a temper and fought injustice, and was highly political in is time. There’s no human alive that is all light imo…

If you read Ingo Swann’s book, “Master of Harmlessness”, that is the only example I’ve seen on a human trying to be completely “light”, and it’s not that great actually - he allows harm through inaction. If you study Jainism, a religion that wants to do no harm to the point that they don’t eat tomatoes because they are “higher beings” (Robert Heinlein reference) then you think deeper and realize just being alive brings harm to other beings and there’s nothing you can do about that.

As usual intent is everything, but there’s the saying “the road to hell is paved with good intentions”. “I didn’t mean to!” is the cry of those who caused harm but it happened anyway and was thier fault.

ALL of them. And all of us. Welcome to the club

Maybe try not to label yourself into a corner, being human is so much more, and being so judgemental isn’t mentally or emotionally good for you, imo. Just BE.

A bit of a brief explanation to hopefully help illuminate. Though I still recommend to read through the links Mulberry posted.

The mentioned piano and rock elements in music is probably a reference for you personally to understand, so don’t take the musical reference too literal. Lucifer is also titled “The Lightbringer and The Nightbringer”. If you let go of the whole (in my opinion very limited) christian views. He is balanced between both darkness and light.

The Left Hand Path originally is a (tantric) Hindu term, meaning still a path to divinity, but the path is just different. As I’ve heard a supposed aghori mention. A normal path for one who sits on the right hand is focussed on beauty and pureness. A typical leftie like an aghori dives deep into the despicable and taboo and tries to still see Shiva in it. Crudely said, in more western terms it might translate to becoming one with the divine vs. trying to ignite the divine within yourself. Both are still centered on a path towards divinity.

I want to be really careful and say that by “lawlessness” I meant only creativity. I never done anything illegal and I never will. It just that when there is an art project then I like to rethink the old ways of doing it.
