Let I learned a Skill in Astral Realm like King Paimon taught me some skills would I remember that when i’ll return to my body,?
You will at the very least remember subconsciously which is to say you will just know it or now have an instinctive grasp over it that you did not possess before. Most ideally you will consciously remember but even then most of it will still be that instinctive memory. Like how you know how t breathe without being taught but just programmed in or your native language you just have an innate understanding of. The real trick however is realizing you now have that knowledge to use. You might have it but never realize it.
