I am having problems focusing and some other stuff
But I need a spell to enhance focus and to help me in gaining of knowledge something that allows me to study for then 3-4 hours at once and something which helps me keep a good memory and understanding of what I have gained

Caffeine is a known nootropic. Try imbibing some coffee before you study. There is research showing that it helps in focus, memory retention and recall.

Anecdotally, I once wrote a 3 hour psychology exam that I did not study for while buzzing on two energy drinks and managed to pull off an 85% solely on the recall of in-class lectures.

Try praying to Saraswati, the Hindu goddess of knowledge and education specifically! She’s a classic for me, one of the first entities we ever worked with in my house, I keep an idol of her on a shelf above the computers in the office area to guide my work and studies. Ironically, while my partner is very much not magickal in her interests compared to me, she’s the one who came home with Saraswati and put her up on the high shelf. She’s certainly not the only one but a fine deity to bring into your studying rituals due to the direct connection with your needs and her domain.

Also consider the mundane: have you considered talking to a doctor about ADHD treatment? Coffee certainly helps me focus, and if all coffee does is make you focus rather than feel ‘wired’ you may very well benefit from ADHD stimulants. There’s a lot more options than there used to be for people who struggle with focus.
