I am not good at evocations let me straight it out. I have never heard the voices of goetic demons although it may be due to me being too guarded. I am currently wishing to call on king paimon to help me with studies in the sciences and arts for my exam next week. I can never contact a deity in rituals though I can contact them without ritual setting. Is there any specific ritual I can do to call and ask him for help?

Have you tried using the forum’s search function in the upper right? There is a ton of information available here on King Paimon and how to evoke him.
I have tried a lot of techniques as said by people although for me nothing works.

Instead of trying many different techniques, you might try choosing just one single technique and repeating it until it works.
Activating the King’s sigil requires only a hand drawn sigil, effort and patience. You only master the things you practice. Spend an hour a day trying to activate His sigil, keeping your mind empty and ready. If you do that every single day, you will hear Him eventually. Best of luck.

Practice divination with (for example) tarot, runes and/or scrying. You may use a ball of quartz or obsidian, a black mirror, a bowl of water… Work on the chakras of clairvoyance and clairaudience: Ajna and Vishuddha, by focusing on their spots (forehead, throat) and repeating the mantras “Om” and “Ham”.
