You should call his since he wants you to call him. If you need his sigil then you can find it easily on google images. Also, you can find his enn if you search in the forums.
Just make sure you show the greatest respect possible, address him as King Paimon at all times and try to be fully dressed when you summon him.
I tried to summon him twice nothing happened I got chills but couldn’t hear him

Practice makes perfect. King Paimon as well as many other spirits always comes when summoned. You only need to improve your astral senses in order to hear him.
My advice is this: while you’re summoning him, listen to your thoughts, he will talk to you through them.
