OK, so I was researching on kundalini and energy work stuffs and found his book on goodreads.
I bought it from amazon but I’m thinking if it’s safe to work with is systems.

It’s ok. I had it for awhile but found it needed some editing and more structure. I would suggest Kundalini Tantra instead, you can find it on amazon .Great book and it has a great work course in it.
