I did a spell using fire breathing so that I would easily reach the state of gnosis when I was casting a sigil, after some time, I was doing a ritual and I breathed deeply and accidentally tried to expire but at the same time I held my breath, pressure made my mind erase, an emptiness (I think the famous blackout), almost a faint, does anyone know if that means my spell worked, is it a state of mind proper to launch sigils?
If by “gnosis” you mean the Chaos Magick paradigm term for an altered state, then yes, it sounds like you achieved vacuity of mind.
It does not mean your spell worked though. It simply means you achieved an altered state. Now, you have to await any possible results from your sigil to know if it worked or not.
