A couple years ago I was laying down, trying to go to sleep. All of a sudden I had a vision in my head of people dying,starving and murders. It made me want to commit suicide. It just came out of nowhere.
That is the only time that something like it has ever happened to me. This was before i knew anything about magic. It was before I completed any rituals.
Could be, or it could simply be your mind proccesing images and different stimulie and presenning the picture.

Besides the flash of depression and vision of death and starvation were there any other signs in particular did any colors stand out or persons or animals?
