Great, this is something that I’ve really been wanting to dive into for a long time. I wanted to find something local to me that wasn’t a bunch of horse pucky! There is so much of that out there, it’s hard to determine what’s what. Thanks so much for the response! Vodoun isn’t something to be taken lightly, so I wanted to make sure on this. I have a friend in Haiti, who’s been practically begging me to go down there (I have finally saved up a month of vacation time & I’m ready to go!), but he changes phone numbers like most people change socks & I’m having a hard time getting in touch with him. I know he’ll be back to visit this summer & I can get his new contact info from his sister in NYC, but I like the idea of having a local house that I can practice with & learn from in the meantime.
