All entities connected with Fate, are the ones that weave one’s fate and cut the web when times comes.
Opposite to fatalism, is considered your free will.
Your free will can defy fate in a way. It’s your choice if you will fall off the cliff for example. It’s your choice if you will speed in the highway.
But…fatalism replies back to that and says that if you defy the fated, you beat the odds as they say, that outcome was fated all along. 
So are you really defying the fate or are you riding with it?
