Is there a time limit to execute a curse?

The offenses to me happened over a year ago, after the last one, I havent seen the individual anymore, but my resolve to make them pay is the same. I didnt have time to do anything to them, between deciding WHAT would be a good punishement (too many books offering too many interesting powers) and being extremely busy, no time alone to concentrate, etc.

Does the time change anything when one wants to punish someone?

In my view this is the key part. I don’t believe there is a use-by date on seeking justice or retribution.

No, the amount of time after the offense doesn’t matter. There is no statute of limitation on vengance.
