I have a had a life long strange phobia. It is so severe I can’t even see the image on a TV or computer.
Since this is my year of changes, I plan to beat this once and for all 
I am open to any spiritual suggestions to help.

I have a terrible phobia of Waterfalls. Any image makes me dizzy and I have to look away.
I have nightmares about Waterfalls once at week at least, images others would find really nice or beautiful.
It also involves any water falling from height, like an overflowing trough. Embarrassing sometimes as I have to cover my eyes or I feel faint.
No idea where this comes from. Completely irrational as I am not a fearful person.

It could be from a past Life death or injury.
I get the same feeling from poison pretty much anything that’s toxic.
