The Circle can take anywhere from 1-3 weeks to show up from my own experience, best way to get tracking number is to request it from help desk. For the course, you should of received your codes in an email that was sent to you, use that code to access the course every time on the page for it. You wont be able to actually download it and the workbook until a week has passed, but until then you can view it through streaming on the page for the course.
