Invisible tarot exercise problem

Hello to all, is there anyone who can provide more information on what is the point of the invisible tarot exercise in the mastering divination course, as well as how to do it with a bit more detail if possible because I cannot understand what E.A is trying to get through and also if it is necessary in order to progress with the course, because I seem to be kind of getting it with the hypnosis exercise but the invisible tarot is a real struggle for me
