How long have you practiced?

Been practicing about 5 years now, on and off. I’m familiar with High Magick in the Golden Dawn system as described by John Greer as well as a practitioner of Harner style Shamanism and Bardonian Hermetics and also Nei Kung. Most of what I do is energy work and cultivation, but I’ll take anything from anywhere. Bluefluke and Phil Hine got me started in Chaos just recently after a long period of non practice.
