I’m particularily interested in how “magical energy” works. I don’t know if anyone experienced this. When casting many spells you might feel depressed. This is because your Goodness/ Magical Energy has been depleted.
How do you replenish that magical energy is what I am researching…

My name is Denis, currently working in Vietnam.
I grew up Catholic but somehow along the way I always had doubts about it. 2 months ago I had a very traumatic experience, in which I was able to discover the Occult.
My very first book was Lucifer and The Hidden Demons by Theodore Rose. Did some Pathworkings from that book.
I discovered this website a few days ago, and decided to make an account now since I’m always browsing anyway.

I’m from lowell Massachusetts.It’s a very diverse open-minded place to grow up in despite a few challenges.I’ve been practicing on clair abilities,as well as opening my third eye.Many other things as well including seiðr which is called Norse witchcraft.Though I’m having a difficult time trying to get started meditating and and other basic works are just not working.If I didn’t mention that i’m a newbie but have been interested for a long time.My areas of magical interest astral travel/soul travel right now.

I’ve started about 16 years ago.
I’ve follow arcane practices from spirits whom I believed to be my ancestors originating from Europe. I also practice breathing techniques in general, and yoga. I’ve fair knowledge of secret societies like freemasonry and golden dawn, but I’m not in those societies. I’m in a Nordic spirituality group though.
