Yeah so I just had a very interesting experience with some of the spirits of my house.
I had been talking with my shadow about the existence of fortune bringing household spirits that reside in different parts of houses, in this case the walls.
He told me a single word incantation which solicits the spirits for a request or wish.
“Capala” is the word. You press your hand up against a wall in your house and say the word. This gets their attention and they’ll be listening. Then just state what you want, thank them, and thats it.
A few minutes after doing this I got a splitting headache in the back of my head.
Shadow said it could be a sign from the spirits.
Either way this has so far been very interesting so far.
