So i have been really working on my meditation, performing it sometimes 2-3x a day for 20-30 min stretches. Been at this for about 3-4 weeks. I generally do a chakra binaural beat, and off I go. I get into a trance state very quickly, so its no struggle.
This morning i did the binaural for the brow chakra and had a fantastic time (insights, colors, energy).
Well this afternoon the wife made a move on me and I got really turned on. I felt my sexual energy rise up inside me as I began to take off my shirt.
Usually when this happens, the sexual energy will churn in my lower three chakras and kind of rotate.
Well today that energy rose and instead of stopping, it shot out of my head and my body went rigid. I instinctively kept the tip of my tongue pushed into the roof of my mouth (per Glenn Morris). It felt incredible. I couldnt move. The energy shot up so fast that it caught me by surprise.
It lasted for a couple of minutes and then just dissipated.
Was this my kundalini or possibly something else? Any ideas?
