Inner work - maintaining a healthy relationship with yourself and managing your vibration

Alright… And what type of magick do you practise firstoff

This is my list, and it’s contributed/contributing to my sanity and ever growing personal freedom:

  • minding which thoughts you choose to harbour - making sure you are always pointing downstream as much as possible,
  • cleaning up your beliefs,
  • releasing negative emotions when they arise,
  • doing what you can to stay appreciative and finding the positive aspects of where you are,
  • remembering, appreciating and being who you really are,
  • taking personal responsibility for your choices, everything else that comes from you, and for your life (even if it’s a train wreck),
  • staying away as much as possible from the media and negative people,
  • going with the flow by doing and consuming things that feel good to you,
  • engaging with people and conversations that feel good to you,
  • looking after your physical/mental wellbeing in ways that feel good to you,
  • always be asking for help, and allowing it in,
  • always be allowing what you ask for vibrationally to manifest,
  • making damn sure you are in touch with your innate worthiness at all times. :slight_smile:

The meditation thing I’m still working on. :wink:
