The bottom of it is a Leviathan’s cross, I’ve never seen it with a trident on top.
I did a google search for “leviathan cross trident” and found this:
It’s also possible that this is simply just an infinity sign below Neptune.

Yes the Leviathan and Neptune aspect were clear to me but I couldn’t find this specific piece and it looked familiar to my bf but he couldn’t recall where he saw it neither. Apparently Watain is a black metal band. I have found some more information. Thank you for your help.
