I have red fabric. What color of paint do I use for the symbol?

Normally the symbol is red but in this case you can do a color that contrasts well with red. Black is pretty common and can fit in with mars as well with the red background. Maybe red background and then the symbol outlined in black but the inside of the lines having a red core.

If I did black back ground and red symbol, it’ll look like a demonic “male” symbol.

Ehem… The name of the God Mars comes from “mas”, “maris” which means “male/masculine” in Latin.

Well just saying traditional color is red. Could use noticeably different shades of red too if you wish.
