I tried Asmodeus, Focalor, and Glasya-Labolas for physical revenge, but I didn’t get the physical damage I was hoping for; rather, she just had some conflicts with her boyfriends. That’s it, so I want something confirmed to cause physical damage the way I want.
Baneful magick doesn’t work like that. It generally takes the path of least resistance. The more specific you try to be, the less likely the chances of success. Let the magick choose the manner of result.

Sure, the curse should work. I see no flaws in it.
Just make sure to never lust for results, you should be fine.
Also one thing: Extreme emotional pain and hatred are very useful for these curses, they should be directed toward your target in the ritual (The part where you said you imagine the jar is her neck and you’re shaking it).
Magick takes the path of least resistance, if who you are targeting isnt doing things that can actively lead to severe injuries for instance, then they will hurt he person where it is easiest to do, so things like relationships, work, friendships etc.
So it doesnt really matter how dark or intense the spirit you are calling upon is, Focalor, Glasya Labolas etc are all very heavy hitters with baneful magick. But they work with what the situations they are given.

@Noorone Please do not post AI on this forum in future, and I advise you do not ask it to design workings for you, as it is very, VERY stupid and uses nonsense from movies and anime, not real magick. We have many curse tutorials here that have been used successfully, try the search.
Not surprised. This curse is unlikely to work well - this is 8 workings (eight! 
) all in one, and that’s going to make an incoherent mess.
If you want clear results, you must apply clear intention.
INTENTION IS EVERYTHING.
Make your mind up, pick one and do that, then do the next. It may take up to a year as baneful curses are hard and not for beginners, you will have to repeat as the target will heal, adapt and defend themselves energetically. Set up your own protections as this lot will bring you a lot of bad luck if you don’t - if you don’t want your own legs broken, be more careful.
