I’m doing pathworking with a particular demon that requires 4 sentences of pathworking and I’ve done it four times now because I keep messing up one out of four pathworkings with that demon, I’ve come close to it on my third try, will it still work? I thought doing it four times was enough since I thought the intention is what matters

If you mean you keep messing up visualising one of the images, then, yes, it will still work. The images merely help your imagination to connect with the spirit in question. Getting one of them wrong is okay, and is pretty common in the beginning.
