For a few years now I’ve noticed this very heavy pressure on my 3rd eye, crown and now my heart chakra and this feeling ends ups spreading and covering my arms and sometimes coming inside of me through my crown. Sometimes it feels like a massaging wave and other times it just feels heavy and gives me foggy brain.
At times I will just push it out of my head but it never leaves me. I will telepathically ask it what it is and I always get back I’m you. I do not understand it at all. I keep trying to dismiss it and I’ve had others cast spells on me to get ride of it but it never goes away. I don’t know what it is and I don’t know how to tell if it is in fact apart of me or some parasite. Please help!
