Since i started doing Kriya Yoga i have been noticing white light glowing out of my third eye when i meditate or sometimes throught the day i just see that white light coming from where the third eye is.
Anyone know what this could be?
It’s qi. This is normal. It can change colors too indicating your emotional state.

yeah i noticed that too its facinating and something else in comparison to the purple lights i usually saw in my vision
