You may want to look into healing your chackras. There should be techniques available for you to try.

I’d give the whole “you’re surrounded by beautiful healing white light” a try and move the light through your body and circulate it through your crown.

I did the crown chakra meditation and did the candle magic ritual after 7 days I was very tired and only slept every day.

I don’t know what’s causing it, maybe on this forum someone can help me with this problem.
