How to vibrate words for magick?

I’m working on learning how to vibrate words so I can do some spells. Do you know any podcast or YouTube videos on that.

Vibrating is pretty simple. Just elongate the word with a single deep breath, and try to feel it deeply in your body.

So, as an example, for a Bija mantra like RAM, it would be RRRRRRRAAAAAAAAAAAAAAMMMMMMMMMM

For IAO it would be: EEEEEEEEEEEEAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHOOOOOOOOOOOOOO

For YHVH it would be:

YYYYOOOODDD - HHHEEEEEEEYYY- VVVAAAAAAAAA- HHEEEEEEYYYYY
