One doesn’t calculate numbers, one calculates Hebrew letters. It is very easy, I always do it with my mind, the biggest number you can get with a single card is 900 (tsadi final, which is The Emperor in the Thoth Tarot), so it is quite easy. I also use Sepher Sephiroth and this website:

in order to look up the meaning of the numbers
Last time I checked, gematrix used a weird way for calculating the letters and usually throws random stuff from the internet as results, but it doesn’t really matters if those results are the spark for your lighter, as the great philosopher Lexy Panterra used to say.
