I live with people and share room with people. How do I set up a satanic alter with this situation.

You can put the set up away in a box when not in use and bring it out for offerings and rituals until your living situation changes.

I live in a huge family, I even share my room with my cousin ugh 
and the best I can do is that I stash my stuff secretly in my cupboard, when no one is around I lock my room, take out the good stuff , set everything up and start my magick for the day 
I think my cousin suspects I hide weed or sex toys in there but that’s whatever
