How do you get yourself in a the mood for a ritual or meditation after a day where most is spent with you being pissed off over internal issues despite the fact nothing has happened that would warrant that kind of anger?
Some kind of aerobic sprint thing, circs permitting - jumping jacks, burpees, then a cold shower or hot bath.
You should be striving to a point of concentration that every emotion you experience is channeled with peak efficiency toward the progression of your efforts. That anger should be felt to it’s fullest for the sake of allowing it to empower your ‘mood’. I agree though, setting the mood is basically magic 101.
