clairvoyance, and by practicing things like scanning to see energy around you and within you. Don’t worry about “opening” the 3rd eye because it’s already opened and just needs to be worked out and that is done by practice.
You can also practice just opening your eyes wider and changing your focus it’ll hurt a bit when our focus correctly but it starts your journey into being able to see the image ovthe spirit not just there manafestation’s energy disturbance.
