I would like to retrieve information from my subconscious mind from a long time ago problem is how do you do it or which spirit can help with this or spell can help with this?
have you thought about just meditating on it? i think you can just go into a trance state and have an intent - you are able to retrieve any information that exists in the entire universe and beyond by just going within (meditation +have an intent of what data you wish to recieve) 
this takes practice on quieting the mind though.
as for working with spirits i would say it would probably just be easier doing it yourself. with your own higher self… if this makes sense. just learn how to meditate and recieve information i think would be the easiest way?

How to retrieve information:

You must be fitted in proper attire. A clean hair cut neatly combed. A 2/3 peice suit. Dunkel Grau.

Sit Cross legged in a ritual space with a White/Red bandana tied around your head… eyes closed in meditation.

You must have a Cup of Tea on each side of you in a sauce and it must be hot. You should be able to see the steam rising. With your eyes closed meditate on the delicious cup of Tea… inhale in the fragrance and steam you can sense…

Thank you I guess I have to practice getting into the alpha state because its my first time with this I was planning on trying it myself first before ever asking spirits it would be last option anyway

you can even recieve information in an alpha state. people who are really good dont even close their eyes and see imagery. feel free to pm me if you wish!

Alpha state sounds useful I am looking forward to trying it I think you are able to see spirits to which is pretty cool hopefully not scary lol if I need anything I will PM you for sure
