So as my interest in hoodoo is increasing I was wondering if some could give advice about which psalms to use for different workings.
Like which psalm to use for money or what psalm to use for mind control or baneful acts (if this is possible)
I have been incorporating my own style of prayers for spells that simply come from the heart as I feel pouring out my desire in this way (to me anyway) should be more effective.
But I would love to start incorporating psalm majick into my spells.
Basic ones you should know:
23rd psalm - For any positive working.
51st - to absolve sin, usually used in conjunction with a hyssop bath
91st- protection
The imprectatory psalms are all curses. But they place emphasis on you being humble and on the right, while they are wicked. So make sure the claims you make by recital of these psalms is true.

Book: Powers of the Psalms / Anna Riva
It’s a great book, and all the Psalms are in it in full in order with suggestions for each need you might have… There are tons of other options, and all the ones listed above are good, and I have, and use those too, this is just another option… I like having options…
The words are there to focus the intent and symbolize the outcome. Whatever words serve to focus you and help with the visualization of a particular purpose being carried out are the ones you should use. You will know what resonates with you – you’ll be able to feel it.
